Valentine's Day

V'day is arriving in 2 days time! Are you guys out there fretting over gifts & surprises? As usual, there are lots of merchandise to choose from!

Somehow, Vday has gotten more commercialized each year..with more and more new 'ideas' from the business man/woman/entrepreneurs. It might seem to be a good thing..but i think on the overall, it is more profitable to the sellers.

Where did all the traditions go? Love letters, poems, hand made cards...etc? they seemed to have vanished. i think human being needs to get back to simplicity (like where we first started) once in a while. Its environmentally friendly, cost saving and more sincere. Dont you think so?

Well well, it doesnt matter if you are happy with it!

Mrs Lee - Mother of Our Nation

MM Lee's wife passed on last weekend.

A very sad piece of news indeed.

What are your first thoughts when heard of it?

Majority was sad & pity.

Mrs Lee played an important role in MM Lee's life. That, is more than enough to shape us where we are today.
Hope she heads for a better place now.

RIP, Mrs Lee.

最近，在忙什么？

Over Caught Up

Wow..3 months have passed since my last entry! Time flies! In fact, i am overly caught up with work, life and friends. Time is never enough when you have an endless list of activities/things to carry out! Agree?

You'll only realised that you still have this, that & those undone... and tons of deadlines to meet. We are always busy with stuffs... never really had the time to sit and relax for 30mins at least... If i can ever have a 30min, free and undisturbed, i will go to the beach, sit and listen to the waves...maybe some cycling is good too.

Why is my life so busy, yet so boring?

Time to do something about it before the year ends! Coz, it's June in another week! Why dont scientists invent something to stop the clock? Maybe slow it down? Okok... i know! Take out the battery!

HAHA.

A Better Life

We just ended February. Along with it was the Lunar New year. How was everything for you? I hope it was a good one. For me, i had a good one. It was a time to catch up with people that you seldom see, things you seldom do, games you seldom play, food you seldom eat and rest you seldom have.

Before the Lunar New Year, there were loads to accomplish. During the period, things kind of settled down...quietened down as well. We are in March now..things are getting back to normal, routine is back again. Everyone is back to working, stressing, depressing..whatever is available out there.

I guess at certain point of time, we all need to slow down. A break is all we need to have a better life. This is my definition of a 'better life'. I bet there are people who disagrees with me. As long as u deem fit, do it.

I guess the next time i blog, it will be the 2nd quarter of 2010 -- April.

The One

Everyone of us have a someone or something or maybe even an animal in our life. Maybe that someone is yourself. It is the very source of motivation that is causing the push effect. Pushing you to go further, to move on or to do whatever your heart desires.

The one for me...it disappeared into thin air. I could not find it anymore. The feeling i am experiencing is not lost. Maybe it is. Whatever it is, i need something new. Maybe a new me even.

Have you found the one for yourself? Because, everyone needs a motivation source.

Year End Anticipation

i seemed to be blogging monthly. Have not found time to log in to blogger since my last post. Its November again...and 2009 is ending very soon. We have come to an end again. Everyone is talking about 2012. Will 2009 be the last..the Final? Nobody knows.

I guess most are still anticipating the year end holidays, $$$, Christmas etc.

Anticipation keeps some of us going.
